These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Superhero Builder and Battles ("App"), developed by Darin Tang ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

User Content

Any superhero characters you create using this app are for personal use. You retain rights to your creations, but grant us the right to enable the app's features.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Your continued use of the App following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
